Hide author and dates

Would you please tell me how to hide the author on Posts and the dates when desplayed on pages, including gallery and photos (except Posts)? Thank you.

I’m working on a theme update for Encounters today and one of the new features I am adding is to be able to hide meta info from blog posts and full post pages such as author, date, etc. However, I do not understand what you mean by gallery and photos (except posts)?
