    I can’t find this option in the admin area Customize section. I thought it had to do with the style #cir-banner, but changing the background color in that style has no effect on the teal color. I can’t get rid of it!!! Please see screen print.

    I just figured it out … it was a background header graphic. Sorry for the confusion!
