How to add a banner on some pages

How can I set different banners for several but not all pages? The Demo site uses a banner for the “Widget” page (old woman) and the “Home” page (young boy with helmet). How is that done?

You can use widget visibility features provided by Jetpack plugin. Please refer this tutorial:
