Can I disable right-click on my images to block people from copying them? I couldn’t find a way to add right-click protection.
There’s javascript for preventing right clicking in a page, but the truth is, there isn’t anything that can be done because even with a script, you can still get the images from the source code view (no right click required). Disabling right click is actually more of a nuisance and prevents troubleshooting code as well. My best recommendation is to ensure that your images have copyright information embedded (not visible) using what is called metadata. Here is something you can read up on:
