    I am wondering how I could do something like that:

    The valance at the top of even a full background like attached. i tried in the header but not working.

    Well I would love to give the tutorial on this but as we all know, detailed customization “how to’s” are not part of support 😛

    However, I could say that you would need to create a new wrapper container inside the one with this class: scanlines-header
