How to remove comments

How can I “turn of” comments so it does not show on any pages?

This will be a WordPress function when you have a page open in the editor, at the bottom you can disable or enable comments. If you don’t see the checkbox, click on the upper right corner of the screen, the tab that says “Screen Options” and check the box next to “Discussion”. You will need to disable comments on each page you open to edit or create.
