I can’t` instal Pure Simple theme

When I try install Pure-Simple theme in my WordPress admin.

Install theme from uploaded file: pure-simple-package-132.zip
Unpack the package …

Installs theme …

The package could not be installed. The theme lacks the style sheet style.css.

The installation of the theme failed.

What can I do?
