Installing Revolution Slider

Hi there,

I am trying to upload the revolution slider to my site. I have done this to the site previously but am starting again on a new domain and now I can’t seem to upload the slider. Last time I thought it started with installing the widget kit plugin but that plugin won’t load – I vaguely remember having to do it through the back end?

I know there is a tutorial page somewhere on your site with the step by step process as that is how I did it last time but I can’t find that tutorial anymore. Could you please send me the link.

Hi Binaya,

Thank you for your reply. Your video is to add a slider once the revolution slider plug-in is already installed. I have not installed this yet as I can’t remember how – so there is no “Revolution Slider” option in the dashboard.

Last time I had to install the Pure and Simple Widgetkit to get the slider and a few other things running (Lightboxes, perhaps?) but the widget kit is not uploading through the plugins option. As I said – there was a tutorial (within this site) that took me through the steps of the install and it worked perfectly. I just can’t find my way back to that page. Could you please provide the link. From memory the tutorial wasn’t specifically for the Pure and Simple theme – it was for another one that used the revolution slider.
