    When I tried to install Stylist Pro, after hitting the activate button everything went blank and I was unable to get back into my site. My server removed the theme and I tried again with the same result. Any ideas?

    Could you please tell us the what version of theme are you trying to activate in your dashboard, so that it will be easy to both of us to find the solution asap. We hope you understand.

    Hi Ron,

    We check our theme in both live site as well as in local but it works fine, so could you please mention the WP-login details of your site by selecting “Set as private reply”. We hope you understand.

    I’ve finally started with another theme because I needed to get started. What are you going to do? If you try installing either theme, once you activate it, the main theme in one case, and the child in the other, the screen will go blank and you won’t be able to do anything further because you will be locked out. Then I will need to go into the ftp to disable whatever you’ve done to get it to work again.

    Hi Ron,

    We just activate the theme and it gone blank as you said but we will fix this issue asap. But could you please remove the theme from cPanel or FTP because we do not have the access to delete the theme. We hope you understand.
