    Some of my users are unable to scroll down on my homepage – they are using their PC and Internet Explorer, but when I use that browser mine works fine. Where can I begin to diagnose this?

    Thanks for the link… I checked out your home page but I had no problem with any of my browsers:

    IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Opera.

    As to why some of your viewers are experiencing a non-scrollable page, I’m not sure. Is it just the home page only?

    Side note: Here is a little fix for your social icons by adding this custom css:

    .widget-acx-social-icons-widget-2-widget img {
    float: left;
    }

    By the way, I’m a fellow Canadian too!

    Thanks for looking into it… it is just sticking on the Homepage. Perhaps it’s a firewall issue?

    I am really impressed with the theme, and thanks for your willingness to help – not so surprised you are a Canuck!

    No worries… hopefully it clears up for those select users, and hopefully it’s only a few. Usually if something like this happens though, it could be a third party plugin causing an effect such as that in conjunction with whatever version of IE they are using. My guess is that they are on an older version which may not cooperate with some plugins.
