Jetpack Social Icons not showing in bottom widget location

The Jetpack Social Media icons are not showing in the bottom widget location. I should be seeing Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Screen shot is attached.

I’ve set them up through the customize appearance method. However, if you know what the issue is with the widget and could let me know how to troubleshoot it I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Dear Stewart Godwin,

Might be footer background is hidding the icons, please check by removing black background to any other color. But not sure tho,. so we request you to send you site url so we can know the exact issue and provide you appropriate solution.
