I’m just starting to add posts to a new website and it seems the left menu and entire side bar dropped below the post content. Like one or the other is too wide. I thought it was the image size, but I changed that and it didn’t make a difference. Any ideas why this might be happening? I have done any custom CSS at all yet.

The content column is wider so this is happening…but what confuses me is how the container is using a span9 instead of a span8 in the index.php file. Could you attach your theme’s index.php file here or use the Email Support form to send it. I just looked at the files I have and there is no span9 class on the blog file (but yours has it). Did you make a modification?

Weird, okay, I’ll look at that.

That did it. Yes, it was set to span9…no idea how. Thanks!

Good to hear… not to worry about theme updates because the container will be span8. I also checked the download of the theme and it has a span8, so I’m not sure how you ended up with a span9. But, what counts is that it’s working.

Well, I did try another of your themes first and did make CSS changes to the child theme there. I’m sure it was something I changed. In any case, all better now. Thanks again!
