I’m a lifetime member and tried to activate my license using Celestial theme and it doesn’t appear to be working. Saying “License Status is Unknown”.

    Please advise.

I’ve tried to register the site in both the Celestial section and the lifetime section.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for flagging this.
While checking your account, I noticed an error in your licenses which is now corrected.
Could you try to activate it again? Should be okay now.
(FYI, I am going to delete your screenshot for privacy reasons)

    regards

Thanks for deleting the screen shot.

I’ve tried to enter the license code again and I’m still getting error message “invalid code”.

I’m trying both the celestial code AND the lifetime code. Neither one seems to work. 🙁

    Hi Chris,

I think I see what the issue is.

is the URL you are trying to activate http://nh.building-stage.com/ ?

I see this is in maintenance mode. This normally means your site returns a 503 (maintenance mode) server response and that usually blocks the license activation.
When your site goes live and the maintenance mode is removed this should work as normal.

ps: don’t use the Lifetime (main) license key, that’s only for admin/renewal purposes. Always use the theme specific keys.

    regards

That is the url… but I don’t have it set up in maintenance mode… just a normal site. #confused
