Link Color not working

I’ve set my “link color” to blue (see image attached) but the website still displays links as black.

Please us the Anchor Color above the link color, which will change the link color.
as link is inserted by this type of code

The Anchor color will change the test link but if you inserted the code like this.

Well I guess that works (with a bullet) but I don’t see how it’s any easier than the traditional: acouplecooks.com
