Hi, I assume you are asking about the header menu link color hover changes right?
If yes you can find these settings from Customization->Header Setting->Navigation Colours. You can try there to change link hovering colors.

Unfortunately I have not solved the problem.
I mean the link hover color on the pages.
I can not set it when you pass the mouse over the link and it changes color. Also, I can not set the colors (colors and hover colors) of the links contained within an widget.

Hi Sias,

We do not have the option to change the hover color of link text, so you can use the following css to change the hover color;

.fr-contents .entry-content a:hover {
    color: #000;
}
.widget a:hover {
    color: #E91E63;
}

NOTE: Please use the child theme style.css or custom css plugin to write the css.
