Linking Image of Home Page boxes

Can you please tell me the best way to enable linking the images of the home page boxes? The coding that I’d usually do is pushing them into the footer for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please show us the code here which you’ve put on that widget ? And also link of your site where you want to add those link then it will be easy for us to provide the code.
