Logo not centered

Sorry to be such a pain but even though I have that in the CSS child my logo is still not centered. theportwebdesign.com

width:100%;
padding:0 0 0 0;
margin:0 0 0 0;
text-align:center;
}
#cir-logo-group-wrapper {
text-align: center;
width:100%;
}

Any idea?

OK Now it is centered .. sheesh … takes 24 hours to refresh ..ha
