After installing, I immediately noticed my Main Menu is missing, just a line. I jumped ahead to the Menu tutorial and thought I might find relief but after naming a Primary Menu as suggested, I could not see menu selectors (Blog, Home, and Sample Page) to add to Primary Menu. It’s as though my template is devoid of this feature. I have all the Plug-ins installed, and I have deleted and re-installed.. still not working.

Also, my web hosting only allows me 3 web pages and HTML editing only, no CSS. Perhaps I’ll need to upgrade.
Please help 🙂

Hi Robbie,
Have you look at the 3 tabs of menu selector. MOST RECENT | VIEW ALL | SEARCH. Please have a look at all these 3 tabs. You will find the pages to add to primary menu. 🙂
Thanks.
That helps, thanks! However, I could not find Blog when I searched, only Home and Sample page are available,, same for view all, just two pages show 🙁
Hi Robbie,
That sounds unusual. So could u please check whether the blog page is there in pages.
Thanks.
No, it’s not. Just Sample Page. Could it be that the version of WordPress installed from my service provider is lacking due to my 3 page limit?
Please disregard my reference to my hosting service, those limitations apply to their Site Builder product and not 3rd party products such as WordPress
Attached are a few screen shots that illustrate my dilemma.
Thanks! 🙂

Hi Robbie,
Your blog page doesn’t exists. So you need to create it again. 🙂
Thanks.
The blog page seems to be same labelled as Home, at my http://robbiemorrison.ca/
I followed your tutorial, but sounds like you had actually had a “Blog” page that you selected to “Add to Menu”. This is confusing, surely a few extra steps from you and I’ll be back on track?? 🙂
Dear Robbie,
I think you want to setup different page for home page and blog page. If that’s the case this tutorial will help you exactly about it : http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-a-separate-page-for-blog-posts-in-wordpress/ and this tutorial has video too.
I hope that helps let us know if you’ve more questions.
Thanks Roshan, that was very helpful! I was a bit cautious at first as I didn’t want to create things and possibly lose the customization afforded by the Templates.
Now I’m on a roll 🙂
Robbie
