ParticipantI created custom links as menu “holders” – meaning they are not pages – but there are various subpages. However, on Ipad, these don’t seem to work. Any idea what to do?
Best regards,

ParticipantHi again
I can see why you are confused – I had to change it, because there were a lot of visitors to the site, and the menu didn’t work. So I created pages instead, and they work fine.
The issue was that the placeholders didn’t allow the menu to be clicked on from a tablet. I will see if this is the case in other websites I’ve done – and get back to you.
Best regards,

That’s great, if you want to resolve the issue by yourself. 🙂
And have you got the menu clicked on a tablet? If not, then please let us know, we are happy to provide solution asap. Thanks

ParticipantWhich site did you check? http://allinyoga.dk or http://jjs-massage.dk – I fixed the issue by creating real pages instead of placeholders on http://www.allinyoga.dk – whereas the problem still exists on http://www.jss-massage.dk

ModeratorHi there,
In this site[ http://jjs-massage.dk/ ] you are using three custom menu ie HVEM ER VI? , VI TILBYDER and PRISER. And in those menu you didn’t have specify a link which makes them inaccessible.
if this don’t fix your issue, then provide us with screenshot, so that we can give you a appropriate solutions.
Thanks

ParticipantThe function of the menu “placeholders” HVEM ER VI, VI TILBYDER and PRISER is not to be accesible, but hold the submenu – which they do perfectly on PC and mac – however, the submenu is not accesible from tablet and mobiles.
I hope this image helps to explain.

ParticipantHi Camille,
We are really sorry to say that we didn’t found the image which you have attached but We visit your site but it works fine here as well as we have attached the screenshots also to show you and while we visit your site we saw that your top header image which you have kept above the menu bar is not responsive in mobile and iPad, so please use the following css to fix your issue:
img { width: 100%; }
NOTE: Please use the child theme or custom css plugin to write the css, so that your changes wouldn’t loss on theme update.
We hope this will be helpful to you if not, then please let us know. We hope you understand.
Thanks
