Mobile Submenu Not Working

I have a site that includes a submenu that isn’t working on mobile. It occurred after the recent update of WordPress. It may be a issue that will have to be fixed on the theme. Please advise.

We are still working out some issues that the WordPress 5.5 update created. Many themes and plugins experience problems with this update.

For the time being, until we release a new version we recommend to installing the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ which should fix these problems temporarily.

I haven’t heard back on when this issue will be fixed. I’m still having problems with the sub-menu and the third level of the menu is not showing up at all. When will these theme be updated to accommodate the new version of WordPress?

Are these forums monitored? Please advise.

The “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ will still work for this issue, just make sure you use the legacy jQuery Legacy 1.12.4-wp version option to make the menu fully functional on mobile. http://prntscr.com/wf66kz (go to Tools / jQuery Migrate admin page to change this setting)

This only fixed the first level of the mobile menu. If there are second or third levels to the menu they are not working.

Same issue here! One level of mobile menu isOK, but sub-menu’s are NOT ok
