Still working on my new site. My landing page for my url works fine on my computer. However, when I try to access it on my iPhone I get a 404 error and I can see that something has been added to the url that isn’t present on the computer. How do I change the mobile url? Thanks!

Hi Tammie…. do you have a link to your site? Also, there is no special url that happens for the mobile version of the site/theme, so not sure why you’re getting a 404. Curious though, are you using any kind of plugin for mobile viewing of your website, such as JetPack?

Well I thought it was installed. It wasn’t, but it is now.

Like I mentioned, my site is still in the construction process.

No worries… looks like things are OK then and you are in your development process. By the way, if you need to adjust the font size for your site title, start a new topic and I can provide a quick tutorial on how to make big titles fit. For any theme customization to core theme files, I would recommend you use the child theme instead for Encounters. There’s a tutorial for that for this theme.

Thanks! I haven’t noticed the correction working on my iPhone yet.

I’m a little concerned with your comment about the child theme though. I thought I was using the child theme. It says I am when I am in my WP dashboard.

I am actually trying to get the background changed on my logo to use it on my site. I’d hoped to use a different font until the logo is adapted, but the plugin I chose is not as robust as I’d hoped.

I’ll start that other thread tomorrow or later in the week.

Your support is outstanding! Thank you so much!

ah… no worries then if your active theme is the child theme. Cheers! and thanks.
