My store is not properly displaying the related products

Hi,

My store is not properly displaying the related products of a specific product.

The address product is related to two other products. In the shopping cart is normal.

Hi there,

Wocommerce fetch related products via category and tag. The one you are referring is for cross sells and upsells.Please have a reference to this tutorial.

It seems like a problem in the theme, because in another theme the upsells appears.

Cross-sells is normal.

Thanks for letting us know, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We just encounters the lack of that featured on our themes. We will fix this on next update. You can also recommend any design pattern you wish to have for upsells on product pages. If we found that relevant we will implement same on theme as well.

Regarding to account issue, we will come with solution later.
