    I have been emailing support for 4-5 days now and no response…Is this company still here or what is the deal ???

    The company is apparently only one person now. I received an email response to something I posted here 2 or 3 days ago but have not received a response to my follow-up question.
    I’m very frustrated by the instructions on Flat Responsive. I’ve used Styled Themes for years and the latest set of instructions are, in some cases, useless. Or I’ve become stupid.
    I’m trying to add the portfolio like in the Demo and it says to go to Appearance/Styled Portfolio and enter your Portfolio items. I did that and I assume my portfolio items are my images. The instructions then say:
    “To display a custom portfolio you can use shortcodes [style_portfolio total=”8″] in total value you can put the desired number of Portfolios”
    That makes no sense to me because what if I wanted to show a Portfolio with 3 images on one page and a different portfolio with 3 images on another page. had 3 images so, again, I assumed that I should enter {style_portfolio total=”3″}. I put that, though, and nothing shows up. Then I tried inserting id=”venues” (my portfolio) and it still doesn’t show. It does show as a post but that isn’t what I want. I want it like the Demo.
    Aargh.

    I have 3 customized themes I paid for that do not work, I have to get them fixed and now have to pay someone else to do that.. Very disappointing as these people always emailed back previously

    Day 5 – 7 emails later NO RESPONSE from Support

    Received a response on facebook ??? Yes I followed them to facebook
    They stated they have replied which in fact they have not, I use these themes a lot so this is a mess. If you cant get support whats the point. Now I have to pay a programmer to fix my custom themes.

    We are in holidays till November 14 so the support replies has been slow down a bit. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please expect full flexible support from 15th november, and regarding the custom works we have done, we have asked for explaining the problem in brief. so could you please respond so it will be easy for us.

    I have responded direct to you 6-7 times via the support email with all information, I have responded to you via this forum twice and I have sent a support request also.
    I am done communicating via facebook…You should have had an auto reply you were gone….I suggest you check several emails I sent via your [email protected]

    I have sent the same copies again with the image showing the issue
