Page colors

I can’t seem to change page colors. Also, when I set a static page, a big box is in the middle of the page with the main body of the page under it. I hope you can help. I’ve used this theme on other pages with no issues.

Hi Ron,

If you want to make you homepage to display on all content without scrolling then you need to manage this by adjusting padding margin., min height, font size and may be other css property. Moreover degrading theme version won’t give you the solution on this, And we highly discourage this move of using older version.

We had gone through you site and found that you are using encounters themes and we hope you got the customizer options to chagne the content color.

You are right, of course, I am using Encounters. My question had to do with Flat Responsive, which didn’t work. I wrote to you last Thursday and hoped to get a reply on Friday because I needed to work on it over the weekend and have it close to ready by Monday. When I didn’t hear from you I then loaded Encounters, which works, and that is what you saw when you looked today. I do appreciate that you got back to me, but it was too late and I solved the problem another way. Older versions of Flat Responsive worked really great, but the new one doesn’t.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, due to some problems on our support members we are unable to catch up all the support on Friday. Mostly we provide support within 24 hour. Many thanks for being with us.

And regarding to flat responsive we don’t made any major changes that effect on existing functionality of theme, we update theme fixing bug, making it compatible with latest WordPress version, adding featured and making changes to newest standard. So if you got free time someday please provides us a list of thing you see unreliable. We will look on to it and make the changes accordingly.

Sushil, I know that you usually respond withing 24 hours, that’s why I was surprised that you didn’t get back to me. I totally accept your explanation about having problems with your support members. Thanks for letting me know about that

Regarding the problems with Flat Responsive, the overwhelming issue was that, for some reason, I couldn’t change any colors with the body, or text in the body. It was baffling to me. I’ve used that Theme a couple of other times and it worked fine. I even went into one of them and tried changing colors just to make sure I wasn’t being dumb and overlooking something, but it worked fine. So who knows? There was another problem that would happen to a page when I set it as a static page, but I don’t really know how to describe it without sending you a screen shot, and I didn’t take an image of it at the time because, at the moment, it was more important to address the colors first. I sorry I didn’t do it for you.

Other than that, I figured out how to make Encounters do what I wanted and am happy again!

Many thanks for providing clear information, we had tested on our end and found that body option is not working. We will fix that on next update. The reason after adding custom css for background not working is due to content area background. To change body background you need disable the content are background. Here is an example:

#fr-content-area {
background-color: inherit;
}

Do I need to start a new thread to get an answer? Where again are the themes downloaded? I know you said you were going to fix the problem with a newer version of the theme, but I can’t find it.
