I can go into the page code and take out the comments box, but perhaps you may want to make that an option on customizer for others like on last one.

Also, I am unable to get that blue line off of slider, and when I turn colors to white on customizer, there is still a black like below slider. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

I take back the slider statement. I wasn’t using Widgetkit. Was using responsive slider and that was causing issues.

For pages, you actually have the option as part of WordPress to disable comments on pages, even posts. This option shows up below the post editor, but if it doesn’t show, click on the tab in the upper right that is labelled as “Screen Options” and check the box titled as “Discussions”.

As for the blue line, could you please provide a link and I will take a quick look….I’m thinking I didn’t do the padding setting correctly, but i will check this on your site.

I have actually fixed it by uninstalling the reactive slider I formerly used and installed the widgetkit plugin with the style folder you gave us. Works beautifully.

On a side note, I wanted to keep some of the items from the original, so I am just going to add them to the child theme CSS and hope it works. hah. If not, could provide a tutorial at some point that goes deeper into retaining these snippets, be they from the past theme or the reloaded version through those files you gave us? I would really appreciate it.

Support for the original Celestial will still be around for a while yet, but for the Celestial Reloaded, I will actually be doing a tutorial on keeping styling for snippets should someone change themes.

I see. Yeah, I essentially just wanted to keep the original dropcaps haha.

well here’s what you can do… copy your old drop cap css into the child theme, bring the drop cap image into the child theme’s image folder, rename the dropcap classes to your own name, then your drop cap code, just use your new class. Simple hey
