For some reason my page titles are not being displayed on the web pages. I have made sure the Hide Page Title option is NOT check-marked. I tried checking it and then un-checked it to see if that works but it didn’t. Any suggestions?

P.S. I’m right in the middle of customizations so that’s why the site looks pretty wonky right now.

I know I just started this topic a few days ago so I’m sure you guys have not had time to release a new update on the theme to fix the page title issue. However, I was wondering if, in the meantime, you had a snippet of code that I could plug in somewhere to get my titles appearing on the pages?

    Thank you in advance.

I notice that although the Lavish Pro parent theme is running on the 1.0.3, my child theme still says version 1.0.0. I did not think I had to do anything with the child theme. Please help, thanks!!

    Hi Diana,

The child theme version will always remain 1.0.0 you don’t need to change the child theme, let is be as it is. and regarding the problem of hide titles if you have updated the theme to latest version it should work fine. Are you still facing problems?

    Thanks

Yes, unfortunately my titles are still not appearing on pages. I have updated to version 1.0.3.

I got to thinking after I sent my last message that I have made edits to my child theme’s header.php file from the original 1.0.0 version. Could that be preventing the page titles from appearing? Should I copy the new versions header php and paste that into my child theme header file? And then add the customizations I made?

    Thanks for your help!

Page titles not showing on any of the pages http://www.premiereroux.com (excluding my home page in which I have added an h1 tag myself). What is the email address I should send to?

    Thanks
