When I want to work in the pages of the website I can only use Text. The Visual button doesn’t seem to work. Can this please be fixed? Or what should I do to fix it?

Hi Sushil,

Enclosed a photo. It is not possible to click on the Visual button.
I have to copy first all the code into a Word document and then back into the text box. If I change something directly into the texbox the whole layout on the frontside is in code visible.

I have tried it in Firefox, Edge and Chrome. All the same.

It is on all the pages of the website. Sometimes it is possible to click on Visual and then I can see the right layout. But as I sayd if I try to change something directly into the texbox and save it, the frontside is completely in text and the whole layout is gone.
Very strange, never had this with any template before.

Dear Miranda Graat,

This issue happens due to conflict with third part resources like external js or plugin. So could you please check by deactivating every plugin and check for the results.

We too had check this issue on our end but there is no such issue, so could you please check by activating default WordPress themes twenty seventeen so we can make sure it is the issue with theme or not.

I have installed your template as demo first with the plugins that were enclosed. Have deactivated every plugin, but the problem remains. Have tried the twenty seventeen template and then it works fine.
This is all so strange, I have used several of the Styled templates and never had this before.

The installed plugins are:
Askimet
Contactform 7
Display widgets
Google analytics
Updraft
Widgetkit
Wordfence
WP Google maps
Yoast SEO
So nothing abnormal I should think, I use these widgets on every website.

Could you please make sure of following things?
1. Do you have done any custom work on circumference theme file.
2. We had reviewed your site and found that you are using older version of circumference 3.0.0. We are already come to 5.0.2 version. So please update to latest version and let us know if still you are facing those error.
