Hello. I know I am pain. I just saw my website http://www.theportwebdesign.com on a client’s computer using IE compatibility mode and my menu and stuffs on home page – boxes etc.. are completely screwed up!!!
I thought he had an old version of IE (I don’t use IE) but I then tested it on my computer – IE 11 or most recent anyway and I posted my site in teh box of compatibility mode and sure enough the whole thing is screwed up. The boxes are going to the next line – the footer totally screwed up also – EVERYTHING is a mess. Same on other pages for fooet and all. The menu is like the one on a smart phone – it is vertical! A DISASTER!
That’s my business website so I am in a total panic here. What should I do to fix all that???
Thank you so much for your help 🙂

Seems that it is only with Circumference. I tested mainedesigngroup.com (enter the site into the compatibility box) – this one is Encounters and no problem menu or else. I the tested with http://www.bangorconnections.com – Circomference – same mess. So it seems that it is something in Circomference.January 29, 2015 at 1:03 pm #20983
Thank you for reporting the bug. It seems there is a problem in IE 9 so we will be releasing our next update tomorrow which will sort all the problems out.
Thanks.January 29, 2015 at 1:05 pm #20984

Thank you so much Shekkar.
Please can you tell me which files you updated? I have a child theme but the header and other files are there with my changes but that’s the whole file.
Thanks again 🙂February 2, 2015 at 5:26 am #15839
We have update the theme so u can update the theme itself. If you have some settings in the files then for your information we have updated the functions.php file and the header.php file.
