How do you get the written content to be aligned left — currently it is placed off-center right?

the left hand area is reserved for the portfolio item meta info, you can see it filled out on this demo page
https://demo.styledthemes.com/deck-pro/project/850-meters/

you can edit these fields via Project details section on the Portfolio item edit screen.
