    I would like to install/use or download all the DEMO Pages and Posts.
    Is this somehow possible?

    I mean.. I would like to use the entire DEMO as a template for my own WordPress site.
    As a starting point so to speak.

    Also the demo Frontpage… that would be super cool.

    and another question, I can’t figure out how to change that:
    the Demo Front Page has the DEFAULT CONTENT FROM THEME embedded.

    I really like that. But how can I customize it?
    I can’t find the option, where to change that?

    Well you can import the entire demo content and set it up as per your requirements.
