ParticipantHi Prisca,
we are really sorry to inform you that, again we can’t access you site with chrome, Firefox, internet-explorer, Microsoft edge. We use tor browser to access you site and in tor browser we do not find any issue with menu. So, we can’t provide you support until we can easily access your sites. If we easily access your site then it will be easy to us also to check it in the mobile and tablet also. We hope you understand.
Thanks

ParticipantNepal has been removed and your IP has been added so may be it takes some time to propagate..
For now I have switch again to ubermenu because this is perfect on mobile. I display:none; your nav in the css file.
But if you could be kind enough to keep an eye because you should be able to see it soon since I white listed your IP (unless it’s a dynamic one) – in any case the Google result is bad so for everybody else you should solve that issue. You were always the BEST for responsive – you can fix it I am sure 🙂
Google says: wider than screen and links too close together.
Thanks 🙂

ParticipantThe only thing I changed is the width of the title in functions.php. I removed it. Still no good for Google. I would love to go back to your menu – when I test lavish on Google you are right – “Awesome” but then I don’t see the menu on the mobile image of Google. On my tests the menu was there (see screenshot I sent earlier).
I am totally lost here. Please help …
Please PLEASE can you see my site? Can you help. I am stuck!

ParticipantFOUND IT!!! I got my awesome now! That comes from the layerslider on the homepage – just removed it and now I am “Awesome”!
Very bizarre .. I use layerslider since years – never had that problem.
Oh well – you can live without me on your back now 🙂
Thanks anyway for your patience. Really appreciate it!

ParticipantHello,
I believe my issue is related to this forum thread. I am having a major issue with my Pure and Simple nav menu when viewing the theme on smaller screen sizes and mobile phones. The issue is as follows:
Whenever I click on a nav menu tab to open the sub menu, there is a “double click” effect that clicks through to a sub menu item. I want to be able to see the sub menu and select an option myself, so this is very frustrating as every time I click the main nav header, it also clicks a sub menu item as soon as the sub menu opens up!
Any help here would be great, as I think this is a theme issue to do with the nav menu hover option on a mobile phone… I am happy to provide further info if necessary.
Thanks,

ModeratorHi Ross,
Thank you for contacting Styled Themes.
If we follow standard way of building sub-menu then first top most menu should be kept with # link, then you can keep any pages/post as sub-menu.You can follow as per our demo: https://demo.styledthemes.com/demos/puresimple/. Please find the attached file for menu setup on demo.
if you have added link on top menu then that top menu will open on double click, on single click it will open sub-menu.
Let us know if we are understanding you fully or perhaps this is not what you meant for.
We look forward for your response.
Thanks
