Something has happened to our pure and simple theme that has it no longer allowing customizations. Similarly it will not allow us to preview it again on our site (but other themes work). It will load the customizing interface but none of the page or options are displayed. Could you help with how to fix? Thanks

I am having the exact same problems with customisation. All that is listed is Widgets, and that only leads on to a help text mentioning to set navigation. My site is being recreated on a new server http:/22.214.171.124/cheeserightandmorte.co.uk/wordpress/ and I installed the latest version of WordPress and downloaded the latest theme from your site. Customise is the only option that is not working correctly. I have loaded in the themes supplied with WordPress and these all work correctly. Any suggestions?
It seems that you are confused about the version of the theme, so our latest version of the theme is 4.1.0, so it seems that you are using the first version of Pure & Simple that is 1.0.0, so please update your theme to version 4.1.0. We hope you understand.
Hi – we are on version 3.0.0. Based on your earlier response it appears we need to do an update, but I can’t find where to get the updated files. Could you help?
I found comments in other posts that suggest I should have received an email with the download link with the original purchase, I’ve found my receipt, but it doesn’t include a download link. Could you please resend.
To download theme file. Log in to our site styledthemes.com with your username and password. After logging in go to my-account page. There you will see a list of pure and simple theme with all version. Download latest version and use it. If you found any problem, then please let us know.
I’ve logged in to my account and checked the 3 tabs available and do not see the ability to download the theme

We are really sorry to inform you that we couldn’t find your transaction, have you purchase the theme?, if yes then please mention the theme name because we have found that you have register only not the theme purchase, so could you please let us know. And if you have purchase the theme, then provide us the email address from which you have done the payment. Or if you have purchase theme many years ago then you need to renew your membership for the theme update and it will just cost you $15 but you need send us mail for renewing the membership. We hope you understand.
Hello – I purchased the theme less than a year ago. It’s with the email I provided. The subject in the order receipt is: Proshore Nepal Sales Receipt 105694198356. I’m happy to provide more details but need a way to do so that is not in a chat forum.
