ParticipantI didn’t see 4.3.3 in the update list – I saw 4.3.2? We aren’t sure how to update on the site as it’s running version 4.3.0 and doesn’t have a notice to update. Is there a plug in we should use? Also, I’m not sure where to find our license key. thanks!

KeymasterHi Courtney,
Apologies, we missed to put out an update blog post about this version released on the 18th of May. We have now posted it, see it here: https://www.styledthemes.com/pure-simple-pro-updated-to-4-3-3/
Please download the latest version manually via FTP this last time.
For the update notice to show up you need to be on at least 4.3.2 as this is where we added the license key functionality that takes care of one-click updates.let me know if you need any help
regards

ParticipantMy images are still too large! http://events.ecclesiaword.org/product/the-apostolic-inheritance
I can’t get them to be any smaller. Please help!July 6, 2017 at 10:18 am #47682Sushil Adhikari
ModeratorHey Kristine,
Please go to your woocommerce > settings > products > display where you can crop and change the image sizes. You then have to regenerate your thumbnails for those changes to take effect by using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Then clear the cache and reload your page,it should work.
Thanks!

ModeratorDear Hey Kristine,
Gallery and light box feature from WooCommerce tries to cover full size of the container which blurs and extend the image.
Your product image container is 409×635 px , whereas you image size is 296x463px. So we recommend you to keep image of 409x635px so your image well fits on that product image container.Let us know how it goes after changing the image size.
Thanks

ParticipantI need to change the settings so that my images are NOT that large.

ModeratorHello Kristine,
You need to add the code as follows in your child theme’s functions.php file, save and run it. You can find the reference on what to add here:
https://www.styledthemes.com/forums/topic/disable-zoom-on-single-product-woocommerce/.
It will disable your woocommerce gallery functions.
Then set up the product image size inside woocommerce > setting > products > display according to your image and and regenerate the thumbnail by using Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
Hopefully it works!Thanks,
Sushil -
