remove last edited

I try to remove the last edited line in the information panel under the article. I believed this topic has already been solved but can*t find it any more.

I tried:

.updated { display: none;}

and

.modified-date {display:none;}

but it is stll there. The other informations are quite ok, but I somehow feel uncomfortable that everybody can see when I changend something.

Hi Aki Christina,

Please follow the following steps to fix your issue
Go to your File Directory=> WP-content=> Themes=> And go to puresimple=> Then replace the content-single file with the file which we have sent to you.

Note: Firstly unzip the file, then replace it with content-single file.

But I put it into the child theme folder to not delete it with an upcoming update.
