renewing Lavish Pro Theme

Hi, I purchased the Lavish Pro license some time back and thought I applied for automatic updates. I do not see that my theme is out of date, yet I can not upgrade my PHP to 8.0 without breaking the site due to the lavish pro theme and the lavish pro widget bundle not being compatible with php 8.0.

I tried to update the theme via your website, but it says the “download for this product is not published”, which means perhaps you discontinued it?

Please advise on my best course forward

I sent this question a few days ago. Is anyone there to respond? I would appreciate knowing if I can renew this theme, or if it is gone forever. Thank you.
