Right Sidebar Page Option Missing from Theme Templates

I’m using Pure & Simple Pro, and there isn’t a Page Template available for “Right Sidebar Page.” I won’t ever need Left & Right Sidebar Page. Can I modify the “left-right-sidebar.php?”

Nevermind. I just discovered that the “Default Template” has right sidebar only option.
