    I have the search icon enabled in the header. When I hover over it the search box appears. However it disappears if I am not hovering over the icon. How can I fix this?

    Hello cscwebdesign,

    Could you share us your site url and locate the changes you want to make?

    Thanks!

    Hello cscwebdesign,

    Oh well we don’t think there is anything to fix since that is the default behaviour of the search bar as it is built in the theme.
    If you want to make a search;
    1. hover over the search icon and drag over to the search bar that appears after you hover
    2. click the search area and you’re done, search anything you want

    Let us know if you meant to enquire more.

    Thanks!

    That shows for me as well but as soon as I move the mouse away from the search icon, it goes away. We have tried several computers and many browsers.

    Yes this is exactly what I was talking about which is the default behaviour of the theme. It is thus correctly functioning and should not be any issue for searching things.

    You need to make modifications if you want to customize it of your own.

    Hope you are clear enough.

    Thanks!

    I’m afraid I do not understand. Are you saying that the default behavior is to display a search bar but not allow anything to be typed into it?
