I like the styling your list gallery and read through the tutorial several times, but I can’t seem to get it to work with what I need. I would like it to reside on a Page Template – Right Sidebar page (possible?). Also, I actually don’t need the Lightbox and Spotlight features, as I’m attempting to simply provide a 2 x 8 gallery of partner/vendor logo images (no link, no larger image to open, just a plain display of logos). In other words, I want to leave the “thumbs” as the only image.

I’ve tried several other gallery options NextGEN, WP Gallery, etc., but they seem to break the rest of the page. Even just inserting the logos as single images doesn’t allow me to show them visually in two columns.

    Any ideas?

Hi Ellen….you can still do the tutorial for it, but just skip the added functionality of the spotlight and lightbox. So an example from my demo gallery, the first list

  • will look like this:
  • But if I didn’t want the added features and not to have it linked, then the code would look like this:

  • This method is a bit more flexible I think than plugins, so you should be fine. So if you want the 2 column x 8 row layout, change the span3 (as you see in my sample) to span6 to give you the two columns.

I’m sorry, can you show a complete example of code with more than one image? No matter what I do when I try to add the other images I’m getting only one single row.

This will give you a 3 column 2 row layout:

[code type=html4strict]
