So sorry for the bad news but customize don’t work

Hello

I upgraded WP 3.91 on a test site and downloaded the latest version of Encounters. The customize dropdowns are not working. I tested with twenty Fourteen and all is working fine. I also tested Celestial latest version and it is not working either.

PLEASE please could you update so your themes work with 3.9? Pretty please. We have a problem with your themes since version 3.9.

Hate to be bring bad news back at you….but the customizer works for me and I can open the tabs with it. I did my theme updates on WP 3.9.1, updated the live demo sites, and still they work. I did this with Encounters and Celestial Reloaded. I can only suggest you grant me admin access (send through Email Support) and I will check this out but I can honestly guarantee you that the latest versions are working in WP 3.9.1.

How did you update the theme(s) ?

Here is a screenshot of the first tab opened…running on WP 3.9.1 and the latest version of Encounters which I installed just moments ago on a live test site as well.

Hello and thank you as always for the quick reply.

Hmmm.. that’s bizzare. May be it’s firefox? I am again reverting to 3.8 even on my test site. Once uploaded I will go back to 3.91 and send you the login. I have all your latest versions – just did that this afternoon. Just quick check with 3.8 all works perfect. Now back to 3.91. Nothing opens but if I click on the save (customize) then I have that: 414 Request-URI Too Large.

OK GOOD NEWS…haha..I am writing while testing. I disabled some plugins and now it works! BEAUTIFUL! Thanks you so much and so sorry I bugged you 🙂
