hello, what is the correct way to write in this section an email address link for the users? If I write only the email address when I click-on result an error.

Hi Sias Marisa,

This is because chrome handles the mailto in different way. You can got to chrome://settings/handlers and make sure that which is the default handler. In your case it will be none. Now go to gmail.com. You should see something like this when you click on the button beside the bookmark button.

If you wish to open all email links through gmail then set use gmail. Now when you click on mailto button, chrome will automatically opens in gmail.

Note : mailto tag is universal html tag to send email. We had already reference you the article for further reference, that will help you on this.

thank you, but I write the html code as the example, I save and I exit from the customizer.
Then, when I come back into the customizer on the social networking links, the html code on the email space it deleted.

Hi Sias,

Oh you are placing email address from customizer social networking section. On that field we have found bug on our theme so for now we request to keep attached folder on child theme . For this create follow the steps:
1> Create partials folder inside flat-responsive-child folder
2> then inside partials folder place the attach file named social-bar.php.
