Switching theme, then switching back. Any issues?

I’m trying to determine if the theme is messed up. If I activate a new theme (build in WP theme, for example), then switch back and activate my Pure & Simple theme, will everything be back as it was? I don’t want to break my site. I realize I can “Live Preview” them, but to test this issue, I need to activate a new one. I don’t plan to make any changes in the new theme, just check out a few configuration items.

Please advise.

Hello Alfredo,

Switching theme doesnot make it lose the contents and settings unless you are using third party plugins(other than the recommended ones). Sometimes they may create issues. It is always better to make a backup of your website https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ incase if you lost the stuffs you can easily recover.
Otherwise it is completely fine.
