Thumbnails too Big

I had one problem with the cart text that i cant change the language and now i have another one with the thumbnails,
they are too big, even when i change them from the woocoomerce settings, the strange thing is when i set the basic Styled Store Theme, they are
as they should be small, what is happeing? too strange or the Version of the Styled store pro is too old dont know, can you help me?
The Theme is wonderful but i have a lot of problems when i am try to configure it, Thanks.

Hello Jokham,

Could you share us your site url and locate the issue with the thumbnails as you’ve mentioned above?
Sometimes external plugin or any plugin modules may create conflicts and the problem occurs.
For instance; If you’ve used Jetpack, sometimes the photo module may create issues where you may have to speed up images inside media settings.

Hello, here is the url http://www.gadgetsngear.gr just disable jetpack nothing happen thumbnails still too big, not on the main page just enter a category.

Hello Johkam,

When you change the image size you need to regenerate the thumbnails to appear as your custom size. Here is the plugin which will help you on regenerating image Regenerate Thumbnail

Go to dashboard -> Appearance -> customize -> Woocommerce Settings -> Basic settings -> featured image size.Place you custom image size and then go for regenerating thumbnail again.

already did that, it only regenerate the resolution of the image and it looks bad, not the size of the thumbnails.

Hello Johkam,

Could you tell us what steps did you follow while regenerating the thumbnails?
Also did you check Customize>>WooCommerce>>Product Images where you can manually set you desired cropping and thumbnail width.
Please reconfirm everything and let us know.

I go to Customize>>WooCommerce>>Product Images and set the resolution to exactly 1/3 smaller than it was,

search regenerate Thumbnails in plugins
Install regenerate Thumbnails
I activate Regenerate Thumbnails
Navigate to Tools → Regenerate Thumbnails and got 2 options 274 photos regenerate or 47 photos regenerate Thumbnails so i regenerate 47 thumbnails cause i just want to regenate the catalog thumbnails not all of my photos, the resolution after that on the Basic catalog Thumbnails was too bad, so i restore them to normal.

Oh well, if you’ve restored the settings did you try simply by cropping the thumbnail from customizer as mentioned above?

Yes i try to crop the images though the customizer with restored settings, nothing happens.
