On all pages except my homepage, the top area of my page (logo and menus) doesn’t extend across the page on mobile devices. It’s fine on other devices. I guess that’s the header section and I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it. I’m not sure why it works on one page and not the others. The site is gardenandsoul.com and the Encounters version is from either 2013 or 2014.
We had reviewed your site and found that jquery is making trouble while extending menu. So we request you to check by deactivating every plugin and check if problems still persist. And if you had done customization of theme then please check for function with prefix MM, this plugin is creating error on console.
It seems you are using obsolete version of encounters ie 1.6.7, we are already on to version 3.0.0. Please update your theme to latest version.
Note: Please take a back-up of your whole site so you can take immediate action when disaster occurs.
Thanks for your suggestions. Deactivating plugins hasn’t solved the problem, but I’ll keep working on this. Do I need to renew my subscription to get an updated version of Encounters? Also, once I have the update, how do I install it? I just don’t want to lose any part of my site. Thanks.
