Two teal footer widgets showing on front page

Hi Holly….you might want to upload your image again because it’s showing as broken. Or better yet, do you have a link to your site and page?

I went to the tutorials and follow the instructions for adding a static page and a blog page, but both of those also have the two teal bars showing.

I hope we can figure this out tomorrow. I have tried using a couple of the themes, but nothing seems to work for me and my limited computer knowledge. I was hoping this one would be easier to work with.

I looked at your source code and it looks like you have a couple widgets in the Banner and Showcase widget positions in addition to the header image which you are using the WP Header feature. They are titled as “Third bottom widget-coloured background” but should be in the Bottom positions. Double check these and remove them from the banner position.
