Updates Take Very Long Time

    Updates are taking a very long time. If I want to see them faster I have to log out of WP admin and log back in-very time consuming. It’s been like this almost since I activated the Theme. Is there a solution?

    Anything at all. Widgets, body content.

    Are you referring to when you make changes such as new posts, pages, or anything that it takes a while? This won’t be the theme, but it sounds like a cache. Do you have any caching plugin or other caching method enabled somewhere, even with your host server? The theme has no cache itself. Caching is also part of browsers too.
