Upload demo files

Hi,
Where can I download demo files for this theme?

In -> Import demo in one click appears the following message:
There are no predefined import files in this theme. Upload imported files manually!
And then:
Select XML file to import content: select
Select the WIE or JSON file to import the widget: select
Select the DAT file to import the customization: select

I do everything myself and for a beginner like me, it is not easy 🙂 Almost everything is ready, but I can’t connect the portfolio to the main page. I know there is an easier way to configure the theme – if I just could replace the demo content with my own…
