Unfortunately that is an unknown. I wish I could test my themes with the 1000’s of plugins out there, but for these kind of plugins, it’s hard to say how well it will work, either with the theme, or even with WordPress (especially with updates.
First, I have to say nice site setup with your business title/logo and using the fancy letter r that I used in the default logo…it works well with yours. Anyway, the bad news is that because this issue relates to a third party plugin that is supported by the developer, you will have to contact their support for help on this one, also because I have never used anything like this myself.
What I can tell you though is that adding the code to the theme file as you have, won’t work because that code there is my sidebar position. This container won’t show unless there is a widget published to it. You might want to find out if this plugin of yours has a shortcode that you can use in a text widget and then you can publish the widget to the Inset Top position if that is where you want it.
