MemberHi,
I have purchased Flat Responsive theme. Quite a few issues are cropping up.
Please refer to http://bhawanipurdesignacademy.org/new/career-fashion/1. The text in the body area is getting messed up. I am unable to change line spacing in any manner. Right now, it is way too much. I want it compact.
2. On the right widget with scrolling text (Notice Board), it is cutting off the text at a point while it is not set to do so. The plugin developer said its a theme CSS issue.
3. At bottom of page, just above footer, text from a separate post is coming up!
4. Above header where social icons are, I would like social icons aligned right, and also the bar to be a bit thinner.
5. I would like smaller text on footer.
Any help will be very appreciated. Thank you in advance.

2. I thought I had set excerpt correctly. But thanks anyway.
3. login: bdesigna, password: bdapass2015
4. Thanks :-). The top bar social icons have moved to the right. But now the announcement stuff is showing. How do I remove it? Also, how do I make the bar thinner?
5. That worked partly. The link in it is still large.
6. NEW issue. I set it to use a background image. It is not showing up 🙁
I may have more queries later.
Thanks

InactiveHi Samit,
Issue 1=> please could you send the screenshort of issue, we couldn’t replicate actual issue.
Issue 2=> It’s by default functionality of the scrolling widget that you used in sidebar, so use it as shortcode. fixed for now.
Issue 3=>Please leave empty short announcement field.Fixed for now. Please add the following line of css to fix the height:.flat_responsive_top { height:30px; }
Issue 4=> Please use the following css to fix the issue:
.copyright a { font-size: 12px; }
Issue 5.=> It seems that there is main background-color override by inner class so it does not changed, please add the following css to fix the issue:
#fr-content-area { background: transparent; }
Thanks

MemberHi Umesh,
Thanks for the great help again.
I have managed to work the first issue for now, so not sending screenshot unless something crops up again.1. In the meanwhile, after you have removed the second instance of post at bottom of page (by using a shortcode for scroller), there is too much space between end of body text and where footer box begins. I have tried but am unable to get rid of it. Please help.
2. Another new issue. The drop down menus are not working properly. If you try to use it you will see. Can you please sort this out?
The url now is: http://bhawanipurdesignacademy.org/new/career-fd/

MemberHi Umesh,
Thanks again.1. I have attached screen shot with area marked in area marked in red.
2. As for issue 2, the menu has improved, but there is still a problem. If you go on a menu, the drop down comes, but when you move mouse pointer towards dropdown, it is disappearing. How do I fix this now?
3. New issue cropped up I dont know why. In Firefox, the copyright bar at bottom is now showing up, scrolling down is making the page jump right up again.
Regards
Samit

MemberHi Umesh,
I updated to 1.0.5. The menu issue is resolved, not fully resolved. It is happening most of the time.
1. Extra space at bottom issue – I have attached screen shot with area marked in area marked in red in my earlier post. I have managed to circumvent this issue
2. At least In Firefox, the copyright bar at bottom is now showing up, scrolling down is making the page jump right up again. Circumventing menu issue above seemed to have taken care of this for now. So please ignore it . If there is a problem I will let you know.
3. Any way of making the drop down menu width adjust automatically to the text it contains?

MemberHi Umesh,
Yes I noticed the missing images. It started after I moved the WP from a folder to the root of my hosting. Not sure how to solve it. I think the menu issue is connected to it as it is happening on pages where there are missing images (does not happen on the home page which has no missing images).
Also, is there any way of making the drop down menu width adjust automatically to the text it contains? Right now they are rather wide.
Regards

InactiveHi Samit,
It seems that you have already solved the issue of missing images, right? Regarding to the menu, Please add following CSS to fix the issue:
ul.navmenu > li > a, .navmenu ul > li > a { line-height: 68px; } .panel-widget-style{ margin-top:-39px; } ul.navmenu ul.sub-menu{ top:68px; }
Note: Use the custom css plugin or child theme stylesheet to write the custom CSS.
Thanks
