Andrea, did you ever get a reply? I have posted and emailed them directly regarding an issue with outdated WooCommerce template files, and have not received a response.

Pure & Simple Pro has not been updated in over a year. It’s very frustrating to be paying for support and compatibility updates and not be receiving either.

Thanks Andrea. It’s clear these themes are no longer being supported. I have been a paying customer for over 6 years, but I will not be renewing. I don’t want to change themes, but I guess I’m going to have to look for a new one in the new year.
