Widgets in Chrome overlapping

I created a page a few years ago with this theme.
I’ve just done some updates and now I notice that my widgets overlap in Chrome.
They are fine in IE.

I have text in my “Featured Top 1” Widget, then text in my “Featured Bottom 1” widget.
The Featured Bottom 1 used to display below the Top 1, but now the text is behind the bottom 1.
